Our cleaner Kay was a true professional with a keen eye for the details! Very thorough during the time we booked!!!

Very poor communication and their teams are not aligned, especially with partner installations. My 2nd handy worker didn’t show up and customer service never even wrote back or helped me.

Made the payment but noone came. But the handyman had the audacity to report “finished work” to the platform. Customer service number was nowhere to be seen. I am glad i got my money back. How is it possible that companies like this actually exist? Stay away please!

Vicente was right on time and assembled my grill quickly and well. He cleaned and all the packing materials, which i so appreciated!

Service Poor, booked 2 person assembly and they sent only one, assembly with one tech took longer than with 2 techs, so tried to bill me more for extra time. Then they fraudulently retroactively changed quote after the fact to reflect the extra $ they wanted to charge. Luckily took earlier screenshots so was able to have credit card company decline extra charges. Never use them again or ever recommend to anyone

Zabdi of Handy Ways LLC was an all round excellent handyman, great communicator, very professional. I needed a few odds and ends done (chandeliers hung, electrical work, mirrors hung, etc.) and he arrived when he said, was efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. Good can-do attitude. Will contact him again if and when I need further handyman services.

BOOKING ID: 23537987 I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Handy, the so-called "cleaning" company. Let me save you the trouble and headache by sharing my horror story. First off, the cleaner didn't even bother showing up. Yes, you read that correctly. After eagerly anticipating a sparkling home, I wasted an entire hour of my precious time trying to figure out why my house was still a mess. It turns out, Handy couldn't even be bothered to contact their own cleaner to find out what was going on. Oh, and guess what? They conveniently failed to provide a UK phone number for me to call, leaving me stranded in a sea of frustration. But wait, it gets better (or should I say worse). I decided to give their online chat a shot, hoping for some semblance of customer service. Big mistake. For over 30 excruciating minutes, all I got was the same automated response: "give me 2 minutes." Yeah, right. After finally breaking through the wall of robotic responses, their brilliant advice was for me to just "wait for the cleaner to contact me." Well, Handy, by that time, the cleaner was already over an hour late. Thanks for nothing. Save yourself the headache and avoid Handy like the plague. They'll leave you high and dry with a filthy house and a mountain of frustration.

We booked a 5-hour cleaning which was recommended for our house size. Our cleaner showed up late and only cleaned a tiny portion of our house and left. She completely missed every bedroom and the entire upstairs. We were not home to supervise this time and trusted our professional to do her job. She had over 100 cleanings under her belt and had cleaned for us the time before which we were home for. That was our mistake. It was a huge waste of money.

Jonathan was great. He was prompt at arrive and finish in his 2 hour time. His assembly of my BarBQue was perfect.
