MISERABLE. Has taken my money for installation of a Google device. They outsourced the job to Ontech and Ontech failed to show up. Ontech says they were never notified of the appointment. Handy does not return calls and if you opt to wait on hold, so far I've lasted over 2 hours before I had to hang up.
