dress ring

parcel arrived in a ring box inside a gift bag with insurance certificate, inside another box . I am very pleased with my ring the stone is lovely and it is true to the picture on the website. my only beef was as my ring was a special size it took 4 weeks to be made and during those 4 weeks i had no updates on how my order was progressing which was a bit worrying. once my ring was dispatched delivery went smoothly

Wanted to exchange the ring I bought for a larger style. They responded over messages immediately even though it was Sunday evening. There were no problems exchanging and placing a new order. Again responded immediately when I chased up the date for delivery.

My Fiancé bought your Natalia…

My Fiancé bought your Natalia engagement ring in May 2024 and placed it on my finger 16 July 2024. Almost 3 weeks ago we sent this back to you as a stone (diamond!) had fallen out of the band. A band that is intended to be worn for life and has been taken extremely good care of, missing a stone after just 6 months, which is questionable quality standards for such an item outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I wanted to raise a complaint at this stage as an almost £2,000 ring should not be made to such quality however my partner insisted I give you an opportunity to put this right. Sadly this experience has been nothing but traumatic on what is supposed to be a joyful period of wedding planning. You confirmed receipt of my ring on 27 January 2025 and said this was being sent to your workshop for "inspection" and could take UP TO 14 days to be reviewed. We have been more than patient however we have contacted on several occasions each day this week since the 14 day mark and are told the same, unhelpful script. I can't get through to the workshop. I have asked for a call back. I have flagged it as high importance. We are extremely busy On no occasion has anybody had the decency to call us, to the point I have now been in floods of tears on the phone to your Customer Service Team and told "we do have it, I just don't know the status of it" We have been nothing but polite and respectful as we understand this has nothing to do with your Customer Service Team however, I am beyond devastated and have spent the last few days riddled with anxiety to the point of tears wondering if I am ever going to see my engagement ring again. Received an email tonight "due to DPA we need the person who bought the ring to approve contact" Person who bought the ring is ccd into the email as well as order number, billing address and proof of purchase on the email Not to mention your team have happily spoken to me over the phone all week about it, seems like further delaying tactics. At this point, my dreams of buying the matching wedding band are out the window and valentines rush or not I would avoid this company like the plague. Should I receive any satisfactory turn around in the coming days, I will remove my negative reviews however I shall not be holding my breath. One more week before we seek legal action as 2k ring has just "disappeared"
