Damaged ring after not even 2 months of wear
My engagement ring broke, the diamond came out of the setting due to one of the claws breaking. I only got engaged on 16/11/2024, so the ring was on my finger for just short of 2 months before this happened. To say we are VERY disappointed with customer service. We made the company aware of the damages on 09/01/2025. We returned the ring like they asked so that they could look for themselves. We received a reply on 30/01/2025, claiming that the cause of damage was due to no fault of my own and it was a scrape/knock that caused the issue. They could not fix the ring, but offered a ‘brand new like-for-like replacement’, however we would have to pay a fee of £300. We replied on 30/01/25, extremely disappointed. The ring wasn’t even out the box and on my finger for 2 months. Great care was taken with the ring. I asked for someone else to take a look as I was not pleased with the outcome. On a ring valued at over £2,000, this should not be happening. The next reply was received on 03/02/2025, with a better solution that as this occurred so early on. They were proceeding with replacing the ring at no extra cost. As it should be. We replied on 04/02/2025 asking for all tracking and delivery details so that we could track it. We are yet to receive a reply. We have sent yet again another email on 14/02/2025 asking where we are with the situation and again if tracking details can be sent. If no reply within the next 7 days we will be taking this further. I am so disappointed with our experience. For what is meant to be such a happy and exciting time in life, for us has become quite upsetting. I really do hope the matter will be resolved, however nothing else will be purchased from The Diamond Store.

Amazing customer service
Bought a friend some diamond earrings for their birthday. DPD managed to lose them on delivery and told me I had to contact the diamond store for them to raise an enquiry which would take 6 working days, meaning they wouldn’t get here in time for the birthday. Yass in customer services was AMAZING! Managed to get me a new set delivered the very next morning. Just brilliant customer service and a really lovely set of earrings!
