From when I ordered right up to delivery I was kept up to date with regular tracking details. I spoke with customer services when choosing this ring and they were very helpful and directed me to exactly what I was looking for in the right ring. The ring itself is absolutely stunning and I’m more than happy with the size of the beautiful emerald. This ring definitely has the wow factor about it!

I’ve had my ring a few weeks and a stone has come out. I contacted customer service about the issue but they haven’t replied.

I ordered my size Z ring on 15th of December 2024. Following an email I understood that due to the size required , it would take longer to be sent out, I feel that should be mentioned when ordering as this was a Christmas present from my husband. Despite my repeated attempts to get an update on my order, I have only received responses to my chase emails with no concrete information on the whereabouts of my ring. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution and I understand that there may have been unforeseen delays, but the prolonged silence is caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. However once delivered the ring itself is beautiful so I have no issues at all with the product. Can I suggest that you review your communication process as if I didn’t experience that, I would have given you 5 stars

Rapid and smooth delivery

I ordered an eternity ring for my wife. The ring i had chosen was Perfect in every way. Price was excellent, regular emails updating the progress of the order. I'd definitely recommend this service and store.

Ordered this ring as a Christmas present, but because of the size it had to be specially made, so would be delayed until 2nd week of January. After emailing back and forth it finally arrived on the 13th of February.
