Amazing service

The ordering process was relatively easy. Due to the need for an oversized ring, it was slightly longer than it might have otherwise been but that has to be weighed against the need to get the right size. I believe that, on one of the pages during ordering or once the order had been placed there was a commitment on the part of the seller to provide updates on progress of the order "every few days". That didn't happen - it was up to me to email after 3 weeks to see what was happening - the online "tracking" of the order was very unhelpful in this respect. It was interesting to hear that the rings had been sent for checking on a certain date almost 3 weeks before asking for an update. At that same time I was told that I would be told when they were despatched. The very next day, I had a text message from the carrier to say that they had the parcel and would let me know when it was out for delivery. A case of the right hand not knowing what the left was doing! The rings themselves are brilliant and just what we wanted. It's a shame that the "customer care" is not up to the same high standard.
