Happy with the ring, but sorry to say we had a lot of issues with the courier DPD and lack of communication reference unanswered emails.

Still have not received product. DHL states received all of my information but are still trying to contact this store to get customs clearance. You'd think they should have figured out to ship internationally by now.

Gorgeous earrings, really good quality. Next day delivery and the lovely packaging and free ring sizer is a nice touch. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a multi stone bracelet and ring. The bracelet is perfect, the ring is a disappointment and bears little resemblance to the website, the stones are very small. I ordered an alternative and was equally disappointed for the same reason. Order & delivery process was simple enough, communication good. Returns process doesn't work. For my latest order I followed the link to the DPD website, entered all the details. Am still waiting for my return label. I rang customer services who sent me an email telling me to do exactly what I have done 4 times. Other option is I pay for the return. Maybe that is their modus operandi. I followed same process to return the first ring and apparently have to wait for customer service to contact me as they consider the item to be high value., which it isn't. Not impressed and unlikely to order from them again.
