Would be a Zero Star if I could. Beware of this company and their bad reviews - the reviews are REAL! Ordered a ring on boxing day. Delivery stated on the website was next working, this then arrived 10 days later. Ring although looked nice was too big. Sent back for resizing. You have to send back via dpd (all tracked) website term's state once they receive your ring they will assess it within 14 days. We had to chase the ring, to which at first they said they didn't receive, send the dpd tracking and proof, low and behold it's then found. Told to wait 14 days for assessment. 3 days into this, they advise they originally sent out the wrong size (bought a L.5 sent a M). Asked to be sized at the original sizing. Then they go radio silent, phone lines are always broken, they don't reply to emails. Requested a refund, then we got an email stating this is now with the management who will advise if we can refund. Card issuer has been contacted and are processing our refund. Buy on a credit card if you use this company! I would not recommend and entertain them or any other online jewelers again. Youve been warned!

Initially disappointed as item was out of stock , was advised of a 4 to 6 week wait. Then just a week later I received an email stating my purchase was on its way!! I received my pendent next day & was thoroughly delighted with it.

Awful customer service. Hard to get hold of to resolve issues. Constantly told i would be called back but never was. Generic emails that didn't address the issues. Almost seemed like a scam.

Excellent service and gorgeous necklace

Ordered diamond earrings on Monday received them on Wednesday. Very good online service. The only issue was that the online chat I had with a representative said they were not in stock (twice) but they obviously were in stock. That diamond earrings are excellent, just as described. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Website was easy to use. Order was placed and was received within 2 days. Delivery was secure in that a PIN code was needed before courier would release package (PIN code was sent to mobile and email approximately an hour before delivery).
