The product I ordered wasn't available for Xmas and informed I wouldn't receive it until the New Year because it had to be made. However... I did receive it before and made my wife very happy, thank you!

My partner brought my engagement ring here in 2023. It has tarnished. The diamonds have fell out. Sent it back in 2024 to see if they could fix it and they said they couldn’t. We asked if we could reorder a new ring in the same size and they said they wouldn’t. Do not recommend this place at all! Now have the added extra expense to addd to the wedding which is getting a new ring!

Delivery was fast was kept up to date with emails to say been packaged when despatched and delivery time date. Ordered ring for grandaughters 18th cale well packaged in box with velvet pouch and gift bag. Also game with authenticity certificate with valuation very impressed would not hesitate to order again

Only reason it's not 5 star is the item took 2 weeks longer than quoted and missed the occasion it was bought for which was a shame. However jewelery was exactly as discribed and reasonable value for moey

I ordered a ring and messaged the customer service via live chat to send it back as it hadn’t reached my home yet whilst being at the DPD this was over a week ago now and they are not giving me my refund yet and have the excuse of saying once then receive it they will but they have got the ring back but are not refunding me
