Always amazing service and products

We ordered a ring for my daughters 18th. It arrived exactly on time and the communication throughout was excellent. My daughter is thrilled with the ring and the quality of workmanship.

Items were shown as available but turned out to be unavailable after purchase and there has been no response regarding the refunds for wrongly advertised items. Communications are poor. The purchase of such goods should be accompanied by outstanding support.Not impressed at all.
