Honestly! I love this company, the items themselves are lovely but the wait times are ridiculous, was told the ring was in stock - ordered - then there was a 2-3 odd week wait as it needed to be made , which would of been fine but was not aware of this whilst ordering, needed to send back for resizing told two weeks and someone will be in contact - email just before the end of two weeks to be told another 21 days and maybe longer if needed.. so firstly if you don’t know her ring size - don’t bother ordering here unless time is not an option and check with them before you order the ring itself to see if it will be sent out straight away Other than that the jewellery is lovely, I now have one and a half pieces (the half being in limbo) and was planning on buying a few more pieces if time is no option An experience that should have been really exciting has now been a bit rubbish and disappointing with the length of wait times (apart from initially receiving the ring as it was beautiful). I know they are busy with lots of customers but waiting times and length of resizing should be completely transparent like send it back for resize and you’ll be waiting about 4-6 weeks.

I bought my wife a pair of earings for our 45th anniversary. To say I am delighted would be an understatement. Everything about the purchase was 1st class, from the presentation of the product to the excellent customer service and super quick delivery. although my ring was listed as in stock in my size, i was told its an outsize and will need to be custom made and not returnable. Notwithstanding this it was made and supplied in a few weeks and I am very happy with the ring, it quality and the service I received. I recommended this company

Fast delivery Amazing quality

I got this ring for my partner as a birthday gift. He is so happy with the ring, he can not wait to wear it for a special occasion. It's also good to say, that the ring looks so much better in person, photos don't do it justice. I didn't know what ring size he was, so I downloaded the company's ring size application to measure his other rings. I got lucky, the ring fits. Because I chose a unique size (according to the email), the company constructed a whole new ring for him, so it did take 4 weeks to be made, but i was informed and assured by them. Thank you for the companies customer service :)
