I got the butterfly ring to remind me of my mom who passed away in September. She loved butterflies!! I love the ring and shed a tear when I opened it. I received it on the 14th of December which is my Dad's anniversary so very emotional.

So far my experience has been not so good. Company stated product would be received before Christmas with standard order. I paid to skip line and fastest shipping to make sure. There is no number to talk to sales staff just email and now they are saying probably come after Christmas or they can cancel order. When dealing with people and the lost of loved person they should be at a higher standard or remove options before people ordering. I'm stuck now cause competing companies could have completed in time frame but not now so have to hope it comes on time if not I'll make sure to voice concerns weekly on social media......

I have just taken delivery of 2 feather rings which l had purchased at the end of November. I must admit l had thought l had been scammed so l contacted the no.for enquiries on 16th December. I had an immediate response from a lady called Stephanie who put my fears to rest and the very next morning l received my order of 2 feather rings. I am extatic at the quality and workmanship of these two items both engraved with my 2 daughters names. Been waiting for my ring for a month, contacted and no reply

So pleased with my hope ring. Although its nearly three years since we lost our Chocolate Labrador Toby, and we have a lovely little Cockapoo called Taff, coincidentally he is all shades of brown, we still miss our gentle boy, maybe because he was our first dog and made such a difference to our lives.

I ordered a ring on the 15th November for my wifes birthday on the 13th December and i'm still waiting for it to arrive, i did write an email and got a reply with a link for tracking and it just say's in transit but not where. I'm so disappointed as i didn't know this was being sent from China, maybe you should actually state this in your advertisement.
