I ordered the Guardian Angel Ring and Forever In My Heart Urn Ring in honor of my husband of almost 25 years who passed away in July. It only took three weeks to receive the rings, but I did email them after two weeks when I hadn't received a shipping notification. They immediately replied back and kept in touch with me with shipping information. Very friendly and I don't understand the issues others say they have had. They could not have been more professional to me! I would gladly do business with them again! I love my rings and feel like I will have a piece of my husband with me forever!

I think your rings are beautiful and great sentiment, however I ordered a Angel Wing Ring in memory of my husband of 55 yrs whom passed in August. I ordered about a month ago and I Still have Not received My Ring, nor have you offered to refund My money.
