Ordered 2 rings, unfortunately the heart rings look so cheap as you can see where the ashes go and it stands out. The ring is so deep that it looks silly on the finger. I told the company but had to pay for the returns myself, but on the website it says that they send you a returns label. The email info@projecthoperings never respond to their emails

My daughter lost her 2 year old cat recently and is totally devastated. I bought the Paw ring with the cats name engraved inside. It's so delicate and perfect. My daughter loves it, even if it did make her cry. The ring is easy to adjust to fit. Good quality, also I have used Hope Rings before. Totally reccomend

I ordered a necklace a month ago and it took awhile to arrive so I was nervous that this place was not legit. When the necklace did arrive the hook on the chain was not attached to where it should be. It was clipped to another spot on the chain. I emailed the Company and did get a response stating that they would take care of the matter. I just received a replacement today and wasn’t even told to return the damaged necklace.

My Hope rings just arrived! They are Stunning, Shiny and personally engraved Sterling Silver. Came with authenticity cards, message cards and in lovely boxes. I ordered a urn necklace which was supposed to be engraved on the back, I received the necklace and the back was blank. Its not worth the money I paid, EXTREMELY poor quality, I think it cost more for them to ship to me than the actual cost of the tat I received. I have had better from a Christmas cracker! They are now sending a replacement with the engraving on the back
