Very easy transition & customer service was top notch.

bike came with a few dings but over all pretty decent

Although delivery was prompt, our dirt bike came with numerous scrapes bad enough to ruin the decals. Had gouges on the front forks as well as the plastic on one of the forks broke almost all the way off. Those problems aside when I finished assembly and added gas, there was a hole in the gas tank. I contacted killer motor sports and after a week finally heard back. I was told I needed to not any damages on delivery. NO delivery driver is going to wait for me to unbox and inspect the dirt bike. Opening it takes tools and a little time

Well my scooter came severely damaged, and I want ir replaced asap and that appears to be an impossibility at the moment for some reason, I've submitted many pics of the crate, the frame, and the bike itself hoping to get it resolved as this is my only form of summer transportation as I am 73 and still working (so I have to ask for rides from friends and family). Other than that your service has been good

Lots of scratches not just scratches from shipping these scratches were painted like it was being covered up .there was a chunk of plastic and a Crack on the part where your feet gathered is a Crack where the helmet holder goes that had been covered with paint
