My transaction went great.. Got my scooter on time actually 2 days early!

Delivery took a little longer than expected but once it shipped it came quick. Assembly was pretty straight forward after watching a YouTube video. All the parts were there and it went together smoothly. I think my kids are going to enjoy these.

They shipped a damaged bike and they expect me to re crate and re package a 300 pound bike otherwise the shipping company won't pick up the bike so I can get a replacement

Really no complaints shipping took an extra day or two but that's not their fault overall I'm really happy with the bike. The gas gauge doesn't work so their test isn't perfect but for the money I'm happy that's the only problem

No one can give me information about the tacking and when I will be receiving the scooter I called customer service and no is available it's frustrating

The scooter arrived damaged. It’s been dropped. It’s scraped and busted in front and back. It looks wrecked. I want a new scooter in prestige condition or my money back. Immediately. This company are scammers. They buy and sell damaged vehicles then turn around and sell them (undisclosed of the damages) to unsuspecting customers (a.k.a. suckers) for full or above retail value. They ship the damaged vehicle in plastic wrap and cardboard on a slab of wood leaving the vehicle exposed to being damaged further during shipping. They promise the vehicle is shipped securely in a crate. It is not. It’s haphazardly wrapped in plastic, carelessly strapped with two zip ties on a janky pallet. When I called to complain, the same woman “Amy” who took my order in sales was now posing as the claims clerk. “Amy” did a very low grade job of acting surprised when I exclaimed my scooter arrived damaged. I wanted my money back but this was strongly disrupted and discouraged through various word salad deflection tactics. (I suspect this is just a two person scam operation of “Amy” and her boyfriend/husband) Through various email correspondence, I was half way accused of the damage and I had to prove otherwise. My refund was held hostage with militant impossible requests to be met to guarantee full refund. One of the main demands pending refund, I was expected to repackage the scooter back up exactly as they shipped, or my refund was void. If more damage occurred because of my inadequate repackaging then, again, the refund is void. The damaged scooter needed to be returned, inspected and if they felt no further damage happened in transit, my refund would be issued. I kept the damaged, banged up scooter with concerns the sham operation would keep the scooter, never give my refund, and keep reselling the scooter over and over for profit and I would be out nine hundred dollars and transportation. And they will just keep selling the same scooter over and over keeping everyone’s money and the scooter. I looked them up on Instagram. What they did to me is echoed over and over. It is a typical transaction repeated hundreds of times until their scam gets called out too many times, business slows, and they have to change their name and start the same old scam with a new business name. They go by various aliases, but they keep the same address. Killer Motors, Killer Motorsports, KM, Tao Motor Parts, Veloz Motorsports Inc. are just a few I have investigated and discovered. The address is 2201 Luna Road, Carrollton TX, 75006. Stay clear of this “business” before they make you their next scam. Be blessed.

The scooter came fully assembled. My grandson loves his new scooter. The matte black is a great color . For the price this is a great starter scooter for teens

My sons atv came in great condition. No dents, scratches or anything when delivered. Starts and runs perfect. No complaints here.
