Paid for a hoist to be fitted at home. Didn't hear from them for a week then received an email saying it would be fitted sometime in the week commencing bla bla bra. Next day got a call informing us what exact day and time we would have the hoist fitted. When the man came to finally fit the hoist, (very nice, polite man), he spent 3 and a half hours fitting it then finally there was a flaw with the emergency stop button so couldn't complete it and it had to be sent back to the manufacturer to be replaced. As yet am still awaiting any word about when it will be refitted .

We needed a chair for my mum who has MS. From start to finish the customer service has been excellent, emails always answered promptly. They visited mum to take measurements and chair was delivered on the date they said. Mum really enjoys sitting in her lovely new chair, thank you!
