Felgains were very good to deal with. Not just the product purchase and after sales but also the training we received.

The customer service was excellent. The member of staff who helped me spent quite a while on the phone when I first wanted information, giving suggestions and advice. And when I visited the showrooms, she took time to explain things and let me try the mattresses, with no hint of pressure or haste. Another member of staff took the mattress out and put it in the car for us, which was a great help. The whole experience was a pleasure, and I was most impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness I was shown. Thank you so much.
