Decent doors, swift delivery

Ordered a bi-folding door for the lounge. Extremely poor quality doors, the frame broke while closing the door within days of installation. I would never buy again from this place. Poor quality, poor customer service. I would not recommend If I can add a picture I would do it. I can’t do it on trust pilot

Great value doors. I purchased pre-finished doors and they look great. The price included free handle and hinge packs which also look good quality. Delivery was prompt and the delivery people were helpful. The cut off for free delivery was £750 which I thought was quite high so I had to pay £66 to deliver. Perhaps a graduated delivery price reduction might be better. For example 50% off delivery for orders between £500 and £750? Otherwise great service overall and very happy

Although we haven’t had the door fitted just yet we are very happy with everything about it. The look of it is just what we were looking for and it is exactly as advertised. It is a heavy door not flimsy and certainly so far worth every penny
