Service - Hinge failure replaced very promptly

After about 6 months the pin of the centre pull handle of a Bi-fold door failed and poped out. After contacting Vibrant, only a few days later a completely new set arrived and have been fine ever since. Great service and great speed of response from a company that seems to know how important customer service is these days. Thank you. Buying from Vibrant should give you peace of mind.

Strongly advise not trade with this…

Strongly advise not trade with this company. Select a supply and fit company instead. I ordered £9000 worth of aluminium doors ( that I didn't fit for 3 months). When fitted I had an issue where the doors did not align. Initially I thought it was my fitter and sought a second opinion ( independent that I paid for at my cost). Vibrant doors did offer to come and see the doors but wanted me to pay £300 for ( them) to come out. The indépendant inspector confirmed the doors were manufactured incorrectly ( 2mm too big in 1 area) which meant the doors didn't close as required. Thankfully they recommended at company that could take away the internal furniture, cut it down enabling the doors to close. I went back to Vibrant doors and asked if they would cover this cost ( rather than re making all the doors etc). Its as about £250. They initially didn't reply for weeks, claiming to be on holiday. They refused to contribute because I had not paid the £300 call out. I am left out of pocket... but as I explained in my many emails. I am really not bothered about £300. I am bothered about a company that chooses not to rectify its problems. What if the issue had been even worse? It is not worth the risk when spending such large sums of money. In my email I said I felt sorry this company who puts making £250 over client reputation. I am in the trade, and I get asked a lot of where I got my doors from, Now not only will I not tell anybody - I will tell them of my horror story with vibrant doors. Avoid like the plague...

Poor customer Service

Have ordered from Vibrant Doors before and not had an issue had spent nearly £1,000 pounds on replacement internal doors. This order was for an external hardwood door frame and Fire Door. Both items were on a separate delivery date which was inconvenient. The door frame turned up first to the wrong house, I had to search my neighbours for the delivery. Secondly, a frame has four sides this only came with two stiles! The head and cill were missing, what was delivered was damaged and not protected sufficiently for transportation. Simple quality assurance procedures would be to ensure all timber products are adequately protected on the corners and faces. Wrapping a door frame with a nylon strap is going to cause damage and parts are likely to become loose and mis-placed. In addition, when doors are delivered it is a good idea to have the door raised of any floor service to prevent damage i.e. off cuts of timber. This I explained to Vibrant on the phone, but they had no interest in this as it was clear when you have placed your order and they have your money they are not interested in how the doors are delivered. Expected a better customer service but rather than dealing with my concerns they simply cancelled my order. Worth noting that the deliveries are not managed by Vibrant and therefore they have no customer services in managing or helping out on the deliveries.

I have had multiple doors from Vibrant Doors. From ordering to collection is very simple & they let you know as soon as they are at the depot if they haven’t the stock. The doors are quality too.
