I bought 2 doors from vibrant describe on web site as "6 panel doors". I ordered them as in the picture they matched some existing doors already installed in same room. When they arrived (direct from manufacturer) they were different from web picture and description, they were only 3 panel doors. i immediately contacted "Halle " at vibrant and followed her instructions, sent photos etc. To be honest i felt at that moment that it was not going to be sorted out, and i was right. It is now around 4 weeks later and i have had no response , no refund , not even an apology . My customer had to find alternative doors and is £140 out of pocket. i believe that describing some thing wrongly is actually "mis sale of goods" To summarize , poor attitude , poor service

Crazy additional delivery prices
After much searching I found the door I wanted at vibrant and was quoted, what I thought was a reasonably high price for delivery, but decided to place the order. Having had contact made about delivery dates, I was contacted by vibrant to tell me the delivery quote has gone up an additional 3 times the original price(more than the door in all). I live outside a major city and there was no reason for this. Due to this I cancelled the order.

Avoid terrible customer service
Avoid terrible customer service . 1 Wrong size sent bought 10 doors waited 4weeks for 3 of them .no email or communication only from the courier of delivery day . This is when it came to light 3 doors where out of stock BECAUSE they where missing Noone from this company informed me of this .I had a joiner booked to fit all 10. Loosing him money that day . They Will not exchange the door they ordered incirrectly , just wriggle out if it, rudly and aggresivly pass the book , somehow they claim it is my own fault .finally saw email of the order today and it's incorrect 2 x doors with size , i x no size .as I stated I did not place the order myself via Internet,I made a telephone sale with Georgia who made errors other than the size of one door. She ommitted to obtain my email address !!! So how could I check wirhin your 24 hours T & cs you keep spouting aboutb???? And they point blank refuse to collect and exchange , although LPD who delivered the last 3 direct . Told me as long as EDD agreed they were happy to exchange as the do.it all the time if the door has not been worked on ...Jack in EDD customer service Told me to" sell it on., we won't be exchanging it !!! " Disgusting attitude .. Zero after care.very rude to their customers as highlited in other reviews i have now read through !! .i do not do reviews good or bad this is my first & hopefully my last AVOID USE ANOTHER COMPANY WHO VALUE YOUR BUISNESS .MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NOW NOT BE USING THESE. ALL THOUGH MY DOORS ARE STUNNING.& 9 OUT OF THE 10 @ £1360 plus £65 per door fitting by a highclass local joiner money well spent to finish the house off , SUCH A SHAME THEY HAVE TO LIE TO AVOID ACCOUNTANILITY !!!! I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO ANYONE NOW TO USING THEM OR ANY OF THE ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY EXPRESS DOORS DIRECT / VIBRANT DOORS .& PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR CYSTOMER SERVICES .IN CUSTOMER CARE . * UPDATE 3.11.22 So you now offer the correct door I ordered orginal with Georgia at a reduced cost ( no doubt plus a hefty delivery charge ) . Why would or should I want to sell the incorrect door ? As per my consumer rights that is you Job , your liability your incompitance !! if I did not get the emails how would I see your tems and conditions non of which where relayed to me at the time of the transaction either via email , post or a phone call .no attempt was made to contact me . As I said the only contact I had was with the courier via text message and LPD on the 2nd delivery as you told me to deal with them direct because the 3 glass versions were out of stock & due in end of October which I accepted. LPD would be dealing direct from then on where your words !!! LPD sent a text message after I rang to check they where actually in stock to advise of delivery, nothing else . No sizes no numbers . As soon as the joiner realised he door was wrong I rang LPD their representatives have no issue with it being unwrapped! I have been comunicating via email the day after the event of the door havimg been delivered and incorrectly ordered by your agent . The emsil states the 3 doors ...2 with sizes 1 without a size next to it !!!! IT IS 💯 % YOUR ERROR .THIS IS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could award 0 stars I would .

These doors are quality yet affordable
I read the reviews before buying along with other door sellers some were good and some not so good the good ones were that bit more expensive, then I found vibrant doors there views were mainly good but then the price was really good too. I love my doors they look quality plus the delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery men were so professional, I will definitely be buying more doors from vibrant and would recommend anyone looking to buy doors this is the place you need
