Great price for the door. Called to check delivery timings. Had to chase delivery details. Delivery was as said. Delivery drive was polite and friendly. Door was not damaged. Door looks great fitted.

TERRIBLE, ACTUALLY AVOID

Ordered 16 doors around the middle of August and received a part delivery of 6. They could never tell when the rest were available even though they accepted my money and i had confirmation all doors would be delivered within 7-10 working days. Order finally fulfilled 2 months later, with loads of on costs with other trades. They have a culture ingrained within their customer service team that they are doing all they can. I by passed them and collected the doors myself from JBKind who where exceptionally good and bang on it. Vibrant doors seem to think that as they have sent an email to their supplier they have dealt with things. The customer service manager, apparently Katherine, i think is fictitious as my request for a call has never happened. I notice from the response from another poor review that they still blaming the supplier, just shows how out of touch they are. How they are allowed to sell and represent JBKind is beyond me. Spend your money with one of the other preferred distributors through the JBKind website. It may keep your sanity.

Quality products with smooth delivery

Easy to navigate web site, lots of clear communication about delivery, which all happened exactly as planned. Delivery was to my point of choice, completely hands free for me. Not fitted the doors yet but they were well wrapped and look and feel a really good quality product for the price and the free door furniture is a nice bonus. I would shop here again with no hesitation.

Shocking customer service experience

Shocking customer service experience. Received a less than perfect door, which I was comfortable to accept given where it would be positioned in our house and what it would be used for. A replacement door was offered only after I had chased for an update. Given I would not have a joiner available to fit the door when the replacement was due to be delivered, I offered to keep the door but asked for a some form of refund. Deafening silence from the company despite chaser emails. Really poor engagement and it seems every touch point I've had with this company is me chasing them.

Great Customer Service

The description online stated the doors each had 6 panels, which were acceptable, but after I paced the order, I received an email from Charlotte to say that due to the size of the doors I had chosen, only 21" wide, they only had 3 panels each, and did i still want to order, or receive a refund. I was quite happy with 3 panels each, as they would sit as a pair of wardrobe doors, and so confirmed this to Charlotte, who confirmed once she had submitted the order to the manufacturer. I then received regular communications each step of the way until final delivery, some 4 working days after I placed the order. Very satisfied with the doors and the service provided, and would certainly order from Vibrant Doors again if I ever need any doors again.

I ordered my doors on the 18th October

I ordered my doors on the 18th October, now 1st December and still don’t have them. You have never bothered to update me unless I contacted you first. I was left on hold for ages, let’s hope the quality of your product makes up for the very poor customer service. I had two emails asking for me to review the service, maybe good to check the order has been delivered before asking for reviews! Update Doors finally arrived and are of ok quality. However the matte black Repton handles are actually a brushed chrome, and not black as shown. The customer advisor explained that it’s a problem with the 3rd party supplier. So I should just post them back. After some discussion they collected. Even though they know the colour is wrong the page is still up for people to order. An appalling lack of responsibility and complete disregard for the customer. Apparently I’m the only one to complain about the colour difference! Refunded now, save yourself the hassle and show elsewhere instead. The response to my complain pasted below. Hi David, I have spoken to our supplier for the handles and in relation to the colour and I am afraid they aren’t matt black as described; however, as they are a product that we get from a third-party supplier, we must use their product names, images, and descriptions. I have asked if the others in this range face the same issue and they have said that they are finished using the same RAL meaning that they would unfortunately be the same colour. They have informed me that the handle to lock variation is an issue they are looking into which should be rectified by the new year. With this being said, and that we cannot supply the handles that match the product description until the new year, I can offer a full refund if you were to post these back to ourselves and provide a postage receipt and I will refund that cost too. Please see return address below.

I was passing by so I decided to visited Vibrant Doors showroom and I have to say I was very impressed with the service received. I was quite hesitant as couldn’t see the doors before ordering. However after seeing them I was very happy with the products I was buying. If you cannot visit their showroom I wouldn’t worry about the quality, they are brilliant. As a joiner by trade I am very impressed. Will use again for future jobs

Radiator looks very good

Radiator looks very good, the only problem I can see is that you have to know which pipes are feed and return. Arrived a day later than predicted.
