Overall very happy with the ordering process, online website customer experience. However I did not receive confirmation of dispatch, any tracking information. Fortunately I was in on delivery of the item. I however was left unhappy in that there had been the possibility the order to not have been completed having had problems with other courier services such as Evri and Royal Mail, items going missing and being an online shopping service even if part of a large chain the company even John Lewis, that they can claim not to be liable for this poor business relationship, order fulfillment not being completed. That is entirely absurd to me, your lack of communication has enforced this lack of faith in online shopping. In future circumstances I will likely not shop with you.
