I have been a big fan of Daylight Company, but I have to say that in that instance I felt let down. the light is ok, slight awkward to adjust the position and the cable is a little short, but fist of all it's not that bright at all. and certainly not £175 worth of brightness! seriously considering returning it as it has made very little difference to my studio.

Excellent product, using it every day

The best customer service I've encountered in some time! I needed a replacement plug for a discontinued desk lamp model. I received a very prompt and helpful reply with a link as I couldn't see which plug would be suitable. When I checked it was for UK sockets, as the image on the site showed a two pin model, I again had a fast response and by the time I went back to order it ten minutes later they'd already corrected the image error. My order was sent out quickly and my lamp was back working again.
