I bought a Slimline light
I bought a Slimline light. I absolutely love it. It is hard to quilt when light is not on the brightest setting. Well, one day it stopped being on the brightest setting. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. I like the light so much that I would of bought another light to replace. What a super company that gives you a two year warranty. You will love this light!
Total Game Changer
This lamp is amazing! Total game changer for my basement studio, especially during the winter. Love love love. Shipper beat up the box dang good but the packing was sufficient to have protected it from damage thankfully. Highly recommend.

Defective Product & Poor Customer Service
I ordered their Cross stitch Holder with a Chart Clip and a Magnifying light in November through Herrschner. Mind you the light and chart clip accessory cost almost $300. The chart clip arrived broken. That same day I reached out to Herrschner, who indicated they needed to get in contact with the Daylight Company who sells this product and would need to replace it. It took several weeks I get the claim form to try and get a replacement. Claim form submitted and the wrong item was delivered. Turns out that the item code (that is mandatory on the claim form) could only be found on the actual stand and not the broken chart holder. I received the wrong item. I immediately contacted the Daylight company and spoke with a manager there. After sorting out why I received the wrong item, the manager basically told me, that they don't make that chart clip any longer and that I was basically out of luck. She said she would contact Herrschner and let them know that they should replace the broken clip. When I asked to talk to a supervisors name, the woman I was speaking with said she is the Customer Service supervisor. I asked her if she could tell me her name. She ignored me. When I asked again she became very curt, said she will contact Herschnerr Company to tell them that they are supposed to replace the clip holder, and that Herschnerr will reach out to me and then she hung up on me. I was in no way rude or disrespectful to the service representative and there was no reason to be rude and disrespectful on her part. For someone who supposedly is the Customer Service Manager at this company, that was very unprofessional and as a manager sets a bad example for any customer service employees. I would not buy from this company, unless you are willing to loose good money to a company that does not stand behind their product and makes zero effort to correct their errors. 1.16.2025. TrustPilot informed me that the Daylight Company requires me to provide more detail within 3 days or my review will not be recognized as genuine. Daylight Company, I provided updates within the above review. Maybe you can check your records to see who took my call. To Daylight Companies response: You missed my point. First, I was sent the wrong item and not the item that was broken and 2nd, you failed to acknowledge you rude customer service manager. Which was the entire point of my review.
Hoping the charging cord last longer
Hoping the charging cord last longer. First daylight lamp-love the amount of light- I purchased has a charging cord that came apart. I could not find a replacement card on your site so I ordered a new lamp. Wish you made replacement cords for this lamp.
