I like the fact there are three levels of light, the magnifying glass is easy to reach and the table model is fairly compact

Ignoring the public holidays / weekends at the end of December, everything was as per the advertisement. Delivery, packaging, description, excellent quality of goods etc. Nothing to fault at all.

Great light delivered promptly

I ordered on boxing day and got confirmation as you normally do. Figured it would take a few days to ship given crimbo limbo, no problem there, people need days off. However now it's the 3rd of January and I've had no shipping confirmation. Their phone line doesn't work and customer service email doesn't send an auto acknowledgement reply so not sure if they have my query or not. I ordered a bunch of other stuff on boxing day and it's either with me already or I've got a shipping email, can't say that I'm impressed. EDIT : Products are now here and CS have been in touch and quite responsive. Products are great, however shipping time should have been clearly dispayed over the xmas period

The light is amazing, the perfect craft light for detail and larger projects, a range of settings, very versatile lamp in movement. Having had quite a few lights this is working out very well indeed.
