This company was one of many approached. Out of all the companies contacted it was the only one that replied with informative answers allowing a decision to be made regarding commissioning of work. The work itself was undertaken efficiently and effectively by two very pleasant, polite technicians who observed social distancing. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Workmanship is diabolical. The neat finish on the website is for display only, the finished pigeon proofing mesh is tatty, and held on using cable ties and is not cut to the height of the tiles on the roof. Rang company to complain to be told another crew will attend to re-do all of the works only to be met by a rude 'Senior' bird proofing specialist who were only asked to return to perform 'repair' works who then drive off without saying a word when I complained as to why they were called back out. Not only this, they walked all over the panels on the roof, potentially damaging the thin layer or glass over the panels. Called and complained and was told by an operations manager that their crew are trained NOT to walk on the panels whatsoever. When the second crew arrived, they argued and said this was misleading information and that 'we walk all over the panels all the time mate, not sure who's telling you that'! Avoid this company.

Highly recommend this company for pigeon proofing Solar Panels. Straight forward from start to finish and competitively priced. A very easy and pleasant experience from the moment I contacted them right to the completion of a great, neat and tidy job. Fantastic, speedy and very detailed response to initial enquiry. Soon after I paid my deposit I was given a rough estimated date which was quickly confirmed and the work was carried out by 2 very polite gentleman who arrived on time. 10 year Warranty Certificate and receipt of payment emailed day after work completed. Wish all companies had the same work ethics. Less than 2 weeks on and the pesky pigeons have now got the message that they've got to look for new lodgings. Will not miss their mess, noise and the damage they did to my guttering.

Excellent service and a good price. The panel have been installed for over 5 years with no problems then the pigeons arrived and multiplied very quickly with associated noise and mess. The two guys arrived as scheduled they were very polite and efficient and cleared any pigeons, debris and installed very solid metal grills around the panels that looks very tidy. The confused pigeons are now homeless and after several fruitless days looking around they were unable to get back under the panels and left , problem solved! I completely recommend the company especially in these awkward COVID-19 times.

Great job, really happy, the 2 guys turned up as arranged and carried out a very neat job on my Solar panels. Since then my patio has been free of pigeon mess and my mornings are much quieter I would not hesitate to recommend this company

A first class experience at a very competitive price. My first point of contact was the managing director who sent me a very informative email outlining the work that would be undertaken. The amount of detail in the email showed that he was highly knowledgeable about bird proofing and very experienced in his profession. Any questions I had he was able to reassure me that their product was fit for purpose. On the day of installation the 2 technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and informed me that my roof was in good shape. They tidily and efficiently fitted the proofing, showing me pictures of their work before they left, to make sure I was satisfied. Having paid for gutter clearance but not needing it, I was refunded in a timely manner. The proof is in the pudding as since the proofing was fitted there has been no sign of pigeons and we are no longer being woken up to the sound of constant cooing. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are an excellent team who go above and beyond.

Our solar panels were fitted 7 years ago but it was only this year that we were invaded by nesting pigeons who decided that they provided a good roof over their heads. We did some research which revealed a variety of solutions from the cheapest and most basic which involved stuffing rolled up wire netting under the panels to the more more expensive (around £1000) which included the use of scaffolding. We chose British Bird Control on the basis that they offered a comprehensive scheme which included clearing away nesting materials, disinfecting the tiles and fitting wire grills around the perimeter of the 16 panel array at a cost of £600 (inc VAT). Communication with "the office" was good, Tom and Alan arrived early, did an excellent job, cleared up afterwards and even gave the exterior of our white upvc gutters a clean. After initial desperate attempts to reoccupy their living quarters the pigeons have now, after 7 days, gone away and early morning roof top peace has been restored.

I had solar panels installed on my roof in 2013 and at that time had no difficulty with pigeons. In the last 2 years though they have become an increasing problem and have started nesting under the panels. I have a mid 1920’s house with old clay tiles so was concerned about fitters working on the roof while fitting any protection. In the end I contacted British Bird Protection (BPP) and was assured that they had very considerable experience of working on roofs similar to ours and there should not be a problem. The consultant I dealt with could see our panels on Google Earth and I also sent him some photos to help with his assessment. He provided a good explanation of the work to be done. After paying my deposit I was given a date for the work to be done. This did not change. The fitting team of Mason and Michael arrived this week on time. I was most impressed with their professionalism and the skill they showed working on the roof. They fitted the pest protection steel mesh around all the open sides of the panels in about 2 1/2 hours, effectively shutting out any further ingress of pigeons. The installation is very neat and tidy and I am most impressed with the finished product. There were no problems at all with the roof tiles and absolutely everything was fully cleaned up before the fitters left. The following day I was mailed a copy of the 10-year warranty covering the work on my house. From my first approach to BPP to the final finished product I have been most impressed with everyone in the company that I have dealt with. All-round, a five star performance. I'm very happy with the quality product used as a barrier to stop the pigeons nesting and the way it is fitted. No drilling holes in your solar panels or roof. The young men who fitted it were very polite and did a very good job. I would certainly recommend this company. Thanks guys
