I received my kit within a few days. I mailed it through a Fedex dropbox on Friday. On Monday, i received my appraisal, which was quite fair. I chose to be paid with a paper check in order to avoid fees, but there are options with small fees. Overall, an easy and enjoyable process. I even received a card in the package stating that I would receive an additional 10% above appraisal price if i returned the card with my jewelry within a certain reasonable time frame. Really great experience and would definitely recommend the company over a jewelry store or pawn shop trade in.
