I got a low estimate and when I told them no then they gave me a new estimate but I feel it could have been better. Unfortunately I had to take the second estimate because I had to have the money.

Good experience with sales rep!

I was very annoyed that my offer from you for 3- 14 k rings was about 36% of the melt value. I called the next day and luckily got to speak to John. He calmed me down and reviewed the appraisal and found some errors. He made another appraisal and offer and we agreed on it. John was very polite and sympathetic to my concerns. He is an asset to your company.. thank you

Horrible business and no communication

Horrible business and no communication. I mailed in my three rings, I received emails saying they received my jewelry, then emails saying I will receive an offer by end of day, then emails saying they didn't receive it, then emails saying i will receive an offer by end of the next day. Just back and forth with confusion emails with no offer. I rejected the "not sent offer " and got my rings back. Do not mail anything to Diamonds USA. This is real and not a fake review, I got the emails to prove it from cash for diamonds usa.
