So i was very excited because im a reseller and i had finally found my first really big find in a lot i bought on auction i found 14k white gold earrings with 28 channel set natural diamonds and a 14k white gold clip pendant slider very beautiful with 29 channel set natural diamonds it was a forsure vintage due to markings i decided to send in my pieces in order to get an estimate of how much they could be worth as I was told they were natural diamonds the gold melt value of the pieces alone was worth around $420 but I knew the value was in the diamonds as they were 57 channel set natural diamonds altogether with very attractive diamonds when I recieved the first offer they offered me $200 I was very surprised I was willing to sell if the value was low but there was no way I would sell for that amount due to the amount of gold and diamonds it had and natural to top it off so I declined offer I was called and I told them I declined because the offer was way too low she told me she would talk to gemologist and then offered 375 since I needed the money a agreed but now I regret after reading the reviews given .. it's very discouraging to know my pieces could of probrably been worth much more than what they offered they should offer the best price and not start to low ball us first .I trusted them since I have never sent in diamonds but now I know I can't The only positive I can say was they were very fast and paid money very quickly as well but just not happy. And regret it . And the person said over the phone that they valued each diamond at $15 per diamond but even if that was true 15 ×57 is 855 and they only gave me 375 . I really didn't think about it till after ..

The majority of the bad reviews are correct. They make you a ridiculous offer and then drag their feet on returning your jewelry. I sent in an engagement set worth about $5k and they offered me $751. When I declined I had to contact them several times to get my jewelry back, they came back with a second offer for $1,230, still way too low but weird how the offer suddenly almost doubled after I declined the first offer. I suppose they would have been happy to completely rip me off. They really lag and they will waste your time. It has been 11 days now since I declined the initial offer, and I STILL have not gotten confirmation that they are sending it back to me. I’m going to give express gold for cash a try, the reviews from trustpilot are much better! I’ll update my review if my experience is better with them.

Wow, I sent 4pcs of my jewelry worth 12k+ and they offered the most embarrassing offer of $470 dollars, I better get my jewelry back with all the diamonds in it intact or I will be joining all the others that has worse experience offered to file a lawsuit against this Diamond USA. I will update my review when I receive my jewelry’s back.

DO NOT send your Diamonds to this company. They ask you questions like, what are you expecting to recieve? Send all documentation that you have regarding your Diamond. I did all that and they still sent an offer of $175.00. Not only ridiculous but if you read some of the other reviews you will see that this is a common number that they throw out. Then when you refuse the offer they drag there feet to give you back your diamonds. But if you threaten them they send it right out. Not overnight mind you! USPS. Terrible auto response emails. I'm embarrassed that I even tried this route. STAY AWAY

I sent a ring I just bought for 4.3 and have the receipt and sent it in because we separated and she never wore it. And they offered 175 dollars. Absolute garbage, and all they can do is send the auto generated response for these type of experiences. Also this diamond was purchased exactly a year ago so the market hasn’t depreciated that much
