I accidentally found this site, was very suspicious because of today trend of scams. After a full search and reading reviews, I found the guts to book my accommodation from the site. For sure it is very competitive and saved a lot of money which I am short of these days. Feeling really lucky to find it. Still had a worry and then emailed the costumer's service who answered back within the hour which gave me quite a good happy feeling that I did the right thing to trust them. All that remains now is to take the trip and see if my booking is as expected or not?! Good luck Ban

o sit foi muito fácil de entender, tudo correu muito bem na parte de fazer a reserva. the site was Amazing, very much easy to play with and trustworthy. but at the hotel was not a good experience, I just ask a simple thing and the missed, the organisation was pretty much bad.

It was our first experience with this company and we've got an issue after the booking process. But this was solved in less than 24h with a little bonus.

I booked and paid for a room at a holiday inn express through this site....when I got there I was told the hotel was full. They sent me to a Ramada inn....not what I wanted. It took up too much time to settle the problem.

Honestly the best prices and security through this website. I enjoyed a faster and better priced experience through NUSTAY when I needed to make a last minute reservation while everything in the area was limited and higher in price finding Nustay was a excellent stroke of luck.
