What a joke! The price updates after inputting your credit card information. It notifies you as an unassuming popup that they hope you won't read and click accept. Then your non-refundable room is booked and you can't back out. Our booking went from $122 up to $379! This is such a scam.

Used at last minute to book a hotel and worked perfectly and was the cheapest fare!!

room was 69 pn ur site nd when it was booked charged 84...why it can not be mentioned before.never gonna use this site ever to book

It was great and fast and really a beautiful hotel

J’ai été très déçue au début puisque le service Nustay ne m’avait toujours pas transmis le mail avec la confirmation de réservation de l’hotel (Vérification spam et mails etc). Mais après avoir contacté le service client par mail, celui-ci a été très efficace et rapide ils ont tout de suite réglé le problème ! Réponse rapide par mail !

Bad service actually, when we booked you didn’t send the booking reference and had no prove that i booked

Two stars for easy booking, two stars for the good price and a star deduction as the price between booking and payment has increased. After paying, he was then lower again so you can assume that was the intention.

Top site and low prices

Price went up whilst booking. Shows up differently on google and on the website but upon payment the price goes up.
