Mathias Lundoe Nielsen the owner of Nustay needs to refund the hundreds of people he scammed out of their hard earned money. Every other booking company refunded their customers during the covid crises but this man ran off with all our money - total scam artist.

Total scammers.Robbed my money. The hotel I booked closed and the would not refund my money. The gave me a credit voucher to use. They spin the timeline out so you cannot pursue via your credit card company,Then they go bust. Multiple emails. No responses.

Ils ont vendu des nuits dans un hôtel qui était fermé, puis m’ont fait un avoir valable 18 mois (a partir d’août 2020), or le site n’a jamais rouvert depuis et leur mail ne fonctionne plus ! Une honte !

Through these tough times i thought you gugs handle my refund really well. Yes it did take a while and i totally understand that. I was very happy with the fast replys keeping me updated.

Unos estafadores. Por covid suspendida boda en hotel en septiembre 2020. Comunicación co ellos y me dicen que aceptan trasladar a septiembre de 2021, y me dicen que tendría que abonar un complemento, al que accedo. Después de esto comunico con el hotel y me dicen que no Consta reserva. He tenido que hacer reserva directamente en el hotel. No hay forma de comunicar con ellos. No utilizar Nustay

Schreckliches Unternehmen , haben gebucht wurde alles storniert , kein Cent zurück bekommen !!! 1000 mal angeschrieben per email , dann hieß es Gutschein . Und jetzt sind sie insolvent ? Wo kann man sie erreichen ?

Mala mala experiencia. Como se puede ser tan SIRVENGUENZAS. Intento ponerme en contacto con NUSTAY para poder usar un bono (al no devolverme el Alojamiento por tema de obligado confinamiento Covid) . Nustay no responde y no aparecen. ¿Como me resarcen ustedes de forma que pueda usar mi voucher?? No pienso parar. No hay derecho que esto ocurra.

Llevo meses reclamando para gestionar un dinero que tenia depositado en un Bono , que por lo que he intentado, es imposible de gestionar. Yo tengo a mi favor 270€ que voy hacer todos los medios para utilizarlos. Me gustaría saber si alguno tiene más datos de esta empresa para tomar otro tipo de medidas. Gracias
