On site was great but....

On site was great - 5 star service for the MRCP. I have unresolved issues with the written report. the use of "likely" and "unlikely" in otherwise identical sentences. I challenged this and I'm still waiting for a response. Plus I asked another question and no response so far.

I was very very pleased with how I was treated. I suffer with anxiety and all members of staff were wonderful at keeping me calm and updated on the scan while it was happening.
