I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Carris, to get a better understanding about the lovely Vacation package I purchased on Oct 8, 2024. She was very knowledgeable and well spoken, and informed of her job. Thank you! Ms. Carris I wish we had more People like you. I wish we had more phone personality like yours 💯

Renee made it great..When most of the people do it they make it boring. She told jokes & made us comfortable & broke down everything where we understood it.

I had a great trip was a little surprised by the fees once I arrived as I was told I was paying all fee's with the package feel that I was not told all the information by the customer service rep.

I was confused with my dates, and now I have to go to vegas within november december. I got the best operator possible to help me figure it all out. Her name was Tori. She was so patient, so kind, helpful & very knowledgeable at her job. I almost wish she was assigned to me, as far as always speaking to her, to scheduling my appointments.

Great time at a great hotel/casino, great time at the presentation with Jerry and we got to visit my son who's now serving us as an airman at Nellis AFB...Just a great time!!!

Renee was awful. She was unprofessional once she found out I was not purchasing anything. The hotel deal wasn’t a deal - I probably saved $50 but lost 2 hours.
