This is a SCAM! We Attended a 90 minute presentation 8/12/24 in Vegas on Flamingo Blvd. They charged us a $300 NO SHOW FEE, while we were AT the 90 minute presentation. They play it off like they made an honest mistake & not to worry. Three weeks later my bank is still waiting for them to respond ! Customer service is a joke, It’s all a SCAM. Down to the fast talking, vacation dream selling, swindling lady giving the presentation. Beware & Check your Accounts for $300 NO SHOW charges before you leave the presentation!

I loved my stay at the Westgate property in Florida. Very nice accommodations. The walk through wasn't bad at all like I anticipated. My kids enjoyed it we were even provided a shuttle to the parks. All through our trips the staff was more than accommodating to us. I have more than one vacation I purchased with this company. I will absolutely be using them again!

Was told during presentation that I could book houses in OBX, receive 70,000 points and that the points could be used to cover the full cost of trip. None of this has turned out to be true. Called concierge to book house in OBX and was told they do not have these on their site. Asked about the 70,000 points and was promised bt one that they would be added, then another said they do not give points. Even if I had points, I was told you can not use them to cover the full cost only a small fraction. We specifically said the only reason we would join would be if the points would cover the full cost of our trips. They say in here they will contact but will not. Have emailed their support with no answer. Asked in our email conversations to talk with a manager , but would not connect me. Looks like some of the positive reviews are fake i.e. muliple for this company by the same person.

We picked the Luxor but that was a mistake. Not your fault but it was the worst Hotel I ever stayed in in Vegas. The elevators (8) we had to use 5 didn’t work properly. 3 wouldn’t take us up to our room and 2 wouldn’t take us down. The sink in our room wouldn’t drain and it took them 61/2 hrs to get to our room to fix it. Also took housecleaning to call twice and us 3 times. Then the following morning it did it again! I shaved half my face and it filled up, took until that evening to get fixed. The show we saw (Carrot top) was great

We really enjoyed the performance, such a talented group. MJ was exceptional with his interactions with the crowd, especially with one young boy who asked for his neck chain, to which he gave the boy, who was almost in tears. Then during Billie Jean he has the boy and his brother sing with him He was so kind. Great show, I would see it again.
