Very good communication. Bed was delivered as stated. Nice mattress, topper and base. One drawback there were no instructions so we missed the fact that there were some more feet hidden in a drawer of the base. Otherwise excellent 👌

We were quite happy with the ordering process for the bed, it all went through smoothly and the communication with delivery times was very good. Very disappointed with the carrier service. The bed and mattress was taken upstairs and just left in the room, with no offers to unpack or assist with getting it set up! Rather spoilt the buying experience!
