The headboard is very well made and we are very pleased with it. Whilst the time between order and delivery is not immediate, this was delivered within the published timeframe. We were kept well informed by the company and their courier service. I do suggest you get the sample fabric as the colour differed somewhat to my screen but for me this was not of particular importance.

Took about 3 weeks to arrive from ordering but customer service very good and replied promptly to any questions I had. Bed is really lovely and very comfy. Only 1 delivery driver but he took his shoes off, was very friendly and arrived on time and luckily my husband was home to help. Would order from this company again. Plus beds are british made!

From the helpful fabric samples which were sent quickly and were professionally labelled, British Beds Direct kept to their word, delivering a beautiful blanket box in the time they said, with delivery date and time agreed and updates on the day of delivery. Also appreciated the free two-person delivery to room of choice (upto first floor). The workmanship on the blanket box is fantastic. Very well made and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!

The cover is really thin. Already notice sign of worn at the corner of the bed at the time of assembly.
