DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The bed was five working days late, you cannot trust they will deliver the bed within the 10 working days stated on their website. The manual to build the bed was inaccurate so we had to get them to send us the correct manual. The bed itself is of a very poor standard; it creaks from day one. The mattress was very uncomfortable and gave me bad ache within a couple of nights so I had to throw it out. The team were very unhelpful when I raised these issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

it was after about 8-9 months of looking for one, that i finally came across british beds direct. at first it looked like any bed/mattress/headboard company. a little further and i started liking some colours/designs but not the correct design in the the right colour. then i decided to ring the company and speak to someone. hey presto !!! 2 wks later it arrived, looked great, just what i wanted. now only time will tell.

The product is very good and well built. Ordering it was easy and communication from the company regarding delivery was also excellent. No complaints from me about this company.

We ordered a divan ottoman King Size Bed, no issues with the order, straight forward. The only downside i would give is that the screws for the headboard come right through the base and have no covers, so the screw tips are very sharp. We have had to cover these ourselves to stop anything being damaged in the ottoman part.

I cannot comment on my experience as I have yet to receive my products. Having contacted the couriers as advised a week after they had been dispatched from Beds Direct, I was advised that they still had to be scanned in & they would be in touch. I then received an email to say they would be delivered on 7/7/22 which was not convenient & I am still waiting for Serene to contact me with a new date. My original order was dated 14/6/22!

Excellent communication, very happy with my purchase and the whole buying experience.

All good Only issue was lack of any instruction as to joining two halves of king size bed together - contact with the firm provided an apology and a link to a YouTube demonstration
