It was too straight forward and easy, £120 for a link? That's basically it. You fill out the form then send it back. You are told it will take about 10 days to process. 12 days on I am still waiting. 2 stars because I am waiting and there has been no contact.

Mirror will service

This was good value for money, had to seek guidance on certain wordings.covered everything we required Kept us informed by EMail to check we understood correctly certain questions only took approx ten days to return completed mirror wills only negative was We thought binding would have been better

Fairly easy to complete the online…

Fairly easy to complete the online questionnaire with some good guidance notes. Was a bit confusing what to do to start partners will but was resolved by a phone call. Telephone support was available and helpful.

Easy enough but Government website free

My wife and I completed 2 Lasting Power of Attorneys each and found the process simple enough although there was a minor fault on the screen listing the documents. I had a couple of problems and the contact us tab only allowed a message to be sent although we got a satisfactory reply within 2 days. All our LPAs were simple and on reflection I think we could have saved money by doing it all on the government website. I am disappointed that Which didn't make it clearer that you could go directly to the government web site. I know Which say their experts check each document but ours were so simple it wasn't needed.

I am not doing too well on it frankly

I am not doing too well on it frankly. I have filled in one form but have no idea what to do next. What I need is an overall map of the steps, for example what happens when I think I have completed one document. It is no clear to me how to progress. I started with four docs on my Home Screen but now just have one - I will send a query on this but it would be nice to speak to someone.

Sadly Disappointed

Sadly Disappointed It is unusual for me to write a negative report on a company whom I trust and to whom I belong as a member but unfortunately on this occasion I felt frustrated by Which service. my wife and I both filled in the power-of-attorney forms as we had been advised to do so and Which advertised at reduction in the cost of checking the forms as well as help only being a phone call away I noticed other people have written that they have easy access for help but I certainly struggled to get through at all and in fact this was after trying to find the number as none was forthcoming on the site where the form was being filled; eventually I emailed my queries and it took two days for the reply to come through by which time I had already forward the forms to which when the forms were returned, changes were made by the advising solicitor and the email said that I could modify, print and forward the form to the Office of the public guardian unfortunately Which had locked the pdf form, I initially thought it was because I did not have the appropriate PDF software , so I subscribed to Adobe PDF software but I was still unable to change the form because Which had locked it After a 40 minute wait the phone was answered by a very helpful lady Who managed to unlock the form I was eventually able to make some changes to allow me to print the form and get it signed I thought the process would be a lot more comfortable and easier but based on my experience I would advise you to go directly to the guv.uk website and see if you are able to do the form directly without the cost of paying which I certainly did not think it was it worth the support we were given

Peace of mind using a reputable company such as Which

I was able to get a reduction through the moneyexpert link which swayed my decision to get our wills done. Really straightforward to use and complete online. Feel relieved to have our wills in place and receiving an excellent service which didn't cost the earth.

Peace of mind

The software including guidance notes used by Which is very easy to use and excellent to follow. I needed to speak to one of the legal team for advice on a number of issues. It was easy and speedy to get through to them and received very clear and helpful advice that allowed me to complete the LPAs. The whole process gave me peace of mind to complete the LPAs successfully.
