I have needed to get my Will updated for a while. My problem was finding a reputable Will provider that was also reasonable in costs. I looked at local Solicitors but found very little response from them and that was probably due to the pandemic. I used this with my family to make preparations for the future. Apart from the challenges of getting witness signatures as a result of CV 19, I found it really straightforward to use with guidance notes provided at each section. WHICH reviewed my completed document (checking all sections bar signatures were completed as required) and offered some helpful suggestions as to possible amendments for the purpose of clarity later on. Would certainly recommend to others.

Took far longer than I expected which was mainly our fault needing revisions after submitting to Which for review and the complications of getting witnessing during lockdown. However it is all done and registered with Certainty The National Will Register so we are satisfied and relieved that the process is over. Our will is straightforward - just as well as found all the legal jargon quite confusing.

I like another reviewer found that couldn't include a trust within my will but only found this out after only going through the online process and then emailing. It was then I found out that I couldn’t include a trust. I received a prompt refund. Suggest that Which add to their site that this is a basic will and does not include the opportunity to include a Trust.
