Total disappointment
Lovely surprise today. Flowers delivered a day early for Valentines ordered on behalf of my husband by my daughter. Then total disappointment as 2 stalks bound to rest of flowers with no heads. Opened the surrounding paper and the 2 heads were there detached. Out of 4 carnations only 2 usable. Roses are past their best and will only last a couple of days if I'm lucky. Husband upset as he had organised this. Would never use again. Total waste of money. Would give 0 stars if I could. I did take photos

Great site useless delivery
Site well laid out, easy to use, large verity of choice, I spoke to soon didn't realise Royal mail were your delivery partner ! There tracking gave no information except we have your parcel, finally an update. Parcel sent to wrong location, now neither Royal mail or Prestige flowers are available. Hopefully I will receive my parcel today, but I doubt it , Valentine's Day glowers arrived a day late, Prestige Flowers deserve NO stars as they did not provide the service they were paid for and hide behind their delivery partners poor service as they choose the delivery service it's their responsibility
Ordered 32 stems and only 20 arrived
Ordered 32 stems and only 20 arrived. Dead within 5 days. Tried to resolve over chat but told I had breached terms by not informing them within 48 hours even though I sent them to my mum and have only just seen them
Unhappy customer
I purchased flowers for a friends birthday ordered 5th February to be delivered on the 10th February they didn’t arrive on that date and when I checked the tracking they had been lying in a postal hub for more than 24 hrs, they arrived late and not one bit like the bouquet I had ordered and the condition of the flowers was to say the least wilted, I contacted prestige flowers and sent pictures to be told in their opinion they had fulfilled my order and were happy with what was sent, if I can I’ll add the pictures of the bouquet. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, I will not be recommending or using PRESTIGE flowers again. Update, I received a reply to my review from Tom at Prestige flowers sorry Tom I’ve had many emails from prestige flowers before I did this review and was told your customer service manager and florist think I got what I ordered even after looking at the pictures I sent so I think your reply is just lip service. Today my friend received the Rose plant she picked as a replacement for the the disappointing bouquet that had been delivered on my behalf, I would like to thank Tom and Chole for their help in this matter.
