Valentines flowers
I ordered some flowers for valentines day. The good thing is they turned up, the bad thing is the looked terrible for the price paid. Not the best of quality, would not recommend as the images are highly deceiving.

Over £50 for large Valentine's Day flowers. The quality looks good but the amount for the price you pay is not worth the price. Won't order online again

Lesson learned read the the small print Internet order Ordered 6 days in advance of birthday Arrived a day late The co say they can't guarantee the date u choose I think 6 days notice is more than enough Won't b ordering again I cant recommend For that reason I'm out And tbh was underwhelmed with the quantity of flowers for money paid Quality was satisfactory

If there was an option for zero stars I would have rated this cowboy outfit zero. We ordered a large bouquet of pink flowers to be delivered to my 90 year old mother in Spain. She received 6 wilted red roses. After sending prestige flowers a picture of the bouquet no less than 3 times we eventually got a response referring us to their T & C’s. With no apology or partial refund.

If I had the choice I would not even leave 1 star. Probably the worst company and customer service i have ever experienced. Ordered a bouquet for Valentines day, the bunch I ordered did not match with what was delivered some of the flowers presented as dead or squashed and some with heads off. I sent pictures and they agreed it was not up to standard offered me a £10 refund or another bunch of flowers when all I wanted was a full refund. From reading other reviews it appears I am not alone with this experience. We should all take this further to stop this kind of financial gain. Anyone looking to buy flowers from this company please DO NOT. Their products are not what they advertise and they do not care about their customers. I could have bought a better bunch of flowers from the BP garage down my road

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Awful customer service , providing dead flowers which are not described on their page. Contacted customer service and was no help at all, I’m sure they was just copying and pasting their replies each time. I advise you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Disappointed and customer service poor
I should have read the reviews and looked further into the website. The flowers are delivered by Royal Mail which is already a red flag. Had I of known I would have gone elsewhere. The flowers were attempted delivery on time but no one was in. Royal Mail said they auto deliver next day. Not a problem I thought. No delivery next day after my friend waited in all day. Royal Mail attempted delivery following day. Friend not in. I emailed to ask how the flowers were packaged and are they able to survive 4-5 days in a box. I am assuming yes as delivery hiccups happen. They won’t answer my questions and keep saying I am not able for compensation as they attempted delivery on the correct day. I never asked for compensation. I was hoping they would put my mind at rest. I am assuming I am £50 down the drain at this point. Terrible customer service. It should be very clear when you order the flowers are sent by Royal Mail not hidden. Extremely disappointed and would never use again. To top it off I paid extra for large but when the flowers finally arrived they were just medium. When I complained the one picture I sent them from the recipient they said they needed several photos and an Ariel view. Like I am going to ask the recipient to do this? At this point I am swallowing the loss. Just don’t bother upgrading the bouquet

Avoid, avoid, avoid - overpriced, poor quality and bad customer service. The worst Valentine's flower delivery I've ever had in over 25 years. The recipient of my flowers was hugely underwhelmed. The smallest "medium" sized bouquet I've ever seen. Better off going to a supermarket for a quarter of the price and picking your own. Just to finish off a bad job, they are not willing to listen to feedback or offer to rectify the situation. Customer lost for life.
