Honestly

Honestly, over priced flowers. £50 spent on flowers that came chucked in a gift box, flimsy card and looked half dead. You can buy MUCH better flowers from the local supermarkets for a fraction of the cost. Honestly, do not waste your money with this business.

Disappointing

Disappointing, ordered a medium bunch of flowers, as soon as I took the box from the parcel delivery person I knew I was going to be disappointed for the cost. £36.98 for a bunch of £10 ( That's being generous) supermarket flowers. I'd have maybe been less annoyed if that included the delivery however it doesn't. Rather make the trip to Tesco and buy 2 bunches and make something rather splendid and impressive. Only plus is they arrived when they should, only positive. Won't be using again. Thanks for nothing Tom, it's day 2 after delivery and they look even worse now, be thankful I can't upload a picture of the sorry state you've sent my girlfriend. Your flowers absolutely suck along with your customer service.

Paid 49 pounds for dud roses

Paid 49 pounds for dud roses. Many of the outer petals were dried and discoloured. Don't waste your money. Go to a supermarket like Waitrose, Morrisons etc. where you can see what you are buying.

Missed paid for delivery date and time

I ordered some flowers as a surprise valentines day gift and paid for delivery on a specific day before 1pm as the recipient would not be in to receive the gift the days following. Unfortunately the company uses royal mail and they missed the delivery date and time by a day resulting in the surprise having to be revealed to the recipient. Obviously very disappointed with the romantic gesture falling flat. I have given 3 stars as the customer service agents were very understanding and refunded the delivery charge in full. Disappointing experience.

AVOID!

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a bouquet and upgraded to the ‘large’ to be very disappointed on arrival. The bouquet is tiny! I’m actually embarrassed to gift them. Even my local garden centre would have been at least 4 times in size for the price. Overcharging people for poor quality flowers. I spoke to someone on chat and sent photo. They said they were happy with the bouquet sent and that’s was it. I don’t recommend them and will never order again!

Zero customer service, Wrong Flowers & Sneaky Hidden Terms for wrong items

I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my partner the next day. Costing £46. When the flowers arrived, there were only 13 stems. I checked with customer service, who said there should have been 30. They offered me a £10 discount voucher for the issue. As they were for a partner, I only got to see what was received a few days after 5, to be exact. I then got straight in touch with Prestige Flowers. However, they said they only give a 3-day window for complaints, even if they send the wrong thing, which is ludicrous and in direct contradiction to the Distance Selling Regulations. I tried to reason with them, but Georgia was really unhelpful in their customer service team and told me to issue a chargeback with the bank, which I am in the process of doing. I'm not sure why Prestige Flowers wants negative credit charges on their business account, but that's clearly their choice and business model. I only gave them 2 stars as delivery was the next day and was speedy but that was the only thing that was true to the order. However, the flowers were not what I ordered, and after 5 days, they started to drop all of their petals even after following their care guide. Poor product, incorrect flowers sent, zero customer service. Avoid at all costs. There are FAR better online florists out there who care about the flowers they send and the customer service they receive. This order was a complete waste of money.
