I am very disappointed with the bouquet ordered as the quantity of flowers advertised were half of what actually arrived. I have used prestige flowers before and was satisfied but very unhappy with this delivery.

Ordering a last minute bouquet is the best thing since sliced bread. So quick and easy, choices are amazing at very reasonable prices. 3 times I’ve ordered now to get me out of a pickle - ie. forgetting birthdays and was too late to post Valentine’s card! I’m now flavour of the month, thank you Prestige Flowers

False advertisement

I bought the Roses and Lily bouquet as a gift to a newly engaged relative on her birthday. What arrived, was appalling. The website photo advertised a full, beautiful and colourful bouquet of flowers, what arrived has a half dead, 6 stem assortment of rotting roses and unopened lillies. I followed up asking for a refund, to which they admitted quality issues, but kept offering store credit or a partial refund. Going back and forth with them was tedious and time consuming. I won’t be shopping there again as they promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee but it’s clearly not their priority at all. They want money plain and simple. If customers were what they cared about, they would have refunded based on their error and would have likely kept a customer. Won’t be shopping there again.

Great service

Had an issue with a delivery, these things can happen. Contacted them and was resolved in minutes. Unusual to get good customer service these days.
