I would never, ever buy from this Company PRESTIGE or refer anyone I knew. The picture they advertise on their website does not truly reflect the ones you receive. I paid for the Celebration Delight, upgraded for another ten pounds, what was received could have been bought from Tesco's for half the price. I emailed PRESTIGE pointing out the differences in quantity but was dismissed. They didn't even count the flowers I received against what was delivered, they based it upon size which again didn't match. The responses were bog standard and are probably sent to anyone that complains. They didn't even refer to the bouquet ordered by name, it was a cut and paste email response. Customer service - none.

Easy to use online ordering, even for not particularly IT literate. Will definitely use in future. Would have chosen 'as soon as convenient' if that had been an option for delivery date to optimise your delivery cost-effectiveness. But a good system nevertheless!
