There was a dispatch error (blunder) and I got intouch with the online support team immediately via their mobile app and the support was extremely helpful. They rectified the problem immediately and resent the order for the next day.

Re-routed flowers at the last minute.

I had to change the delivery details at the last minute. The person I spoke to was helpful, acted promptly and re-routed the flowers for me with no questions asked. I stood to lose a lot of money if he hadn't done this for me. The flowers were beautiful and great value.

There's a chance your flowers won't be delivered!

I have dealt with Prestige flowers many, many times sending from here in Australia to the UK. However, my latest dealings were a great disappointment having no flowers delivered and losing all my money! I paid to have flowers delivered to a relative in hospital but (after many emails) was finally told the hospital refused to accept them! This took a week of emailing to be told this and that I should have checked with the hospital first (not easy from Aussie)! Prestige has lost my business and my trust. I wonder if they tried to deliver and what happened to the flowers (if in fact they did try and complete this order)?

Late delivery of dead flowers

I was initially happy with the ease of selecting and ordering flowers for my wifes special birthday. However the flowers arrived a day late despite the guaranteed 1pm delivery I paid for, then the flowers were dead and wilted 4 days later. Whilst their customer services were responsive they were no help with the delivery issue, and then told me couldn't help with the wilted flowers as you have to report issues within 3days. I would have been better off going to a local flowers shop given the £50+ I spent.

Beautiful bouquets and reasonably priced

I've ordered flowers from Prestige Flowers and couple of times and the recipients have loved the flowers and sent me photos. The bouquets were beautiful and are reasonably priced.

Worst online flower company ever used

Worst online flower company ever used. Ordered and Paid for next day flowers delivery. They never arrived. 4 days later they came, however, left on the outside road step. Customer service would not deal with my issues and would not refund or entertain my complaints. Terrible terrible service and company. Beware!
