Ordered medium size spring flowers for a birthday gift and received a small sparse bunch that looked nothing like what was on the website. When I complained, was told I would get £5 discounted from a future buy. When I said that was a slap in the face and I would see them in court, they offered to resend the correct order, medium bunch the next day. They sent me yet another small bunch and seem to think that is suffice for their mistake. They are a piss taker I would give zero stars if I could. Its like insult to injury 🤬 PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!!!!

It was quick and easy to choose my order

When searching for a bouquet the info said next day delivery, yet when checking out I was charged £5.99 for the delivery. Very misleading so not happy to be charged extra.

I live in Australia and sadly needed to arrange flowers for a family funeral - I was drawn to Prestige Flowers because of the beautiful arrangements to choose from. I believe I have purchased the prettiest bunch on their website being the most appropriate for the person for whom they are intended. Thank you for making the process so easy.

I'm sure you were delighted to 'outsource' the payment package. It's a nightmare and doing you no favours. Only because I had to send these flowers now stopped me from giving up and going elsewhere.
