Really poor service , they had made a mistake with the delivery address, ( an IT clich which can happen) however they refused to admit this result: no flowers delivered and NO REFUND!!! Do not use this company

The website is very informative and easy to use. I inadvertently requested a date for delivery that was in error. The response I received was immediate and the quickly rectified. I was most impressed.

Somehow I am being charge 27.48 for addon's when all I did was add a box of chocolates that was supposed to be 9.99. And the chat is a joke. It says it does not understand, and it will refer you to an agent. then it can't because none are available. So, I had to go through with the order and hope I get my money back for stuff I did not order.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE DELIVERING TO AN OFFICE Ordered flowers, paid for next day delivery. They dont tell you they can be delivered by Royal Mail up until 730pm, when office receptions are closed! Its apparently in the terms even though doesn't mention delivery times when checking out. Wouldnt do anything to help, kept getting standard, its outside of our control as we use third party couriers. DO NOT USE
