January 2025 : Current discount voucher for 5% listed on the actual website (www_dot_prestigeflowers_dot_co_dot_uk/discount-codes) doesn't work. Error message reads "This code does not exist". Puzzling - why offer a discount that you won't honour ?

Ordered 2 bouquet for 2 different people both dead flowers. Lucky 1 person took pictures. After 1stly being offered £10 credit the eventually sent another bouquet, also arrived dead. Again complained again offered £10 credit. Final offer was £10 cash back. Absolute disgrace.
